Mentoring Teachers in Classroom Management: Training for K–8 Educators

This dynamic professional development experience is designed to mentor elementary and middle school teachers with proven classroom management strategies rooted in the Teach Like a Champion (TLAC) framework.

 

With an emphasis on real-time application and coaching, participants will gain the tools needed to foster student engagement, reduce off-task behavior, and create a culture of excellence. Integrated with the 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) model, this training helps educators set and achieve Wildly Important Goals (WIGs) for improved instruction and classroom culture.
