Christina Foster is a seasoned education professional with an illustrious career spanning 36 years in elementary education, including a decade in leadership roles. She holds a B.A. in Elementary Education, an M.S. in Reading and Literacy, and an M.S. in School District Administration and Leadership. Christina is certified in Elementary Education (grades N-6), Reading (grades K-12), and School District Administration. Additionally, she has earned certificates of completion from the Harvard Graduate School of Education in Teachers Mentoring Teachers: Practices for Powerful Professional Communities, Instructional Coaching Through Change: Supporting Teachers in Action, and Leading Teacher Teams: Promoting Growth Through Effective Collaboration, as well as a Certificate of Excellence in New York State standards-based mentor training.

Tricia Brown is an accomplished educator and pioneer in Social Emotional Learning (SEL), with a distinguished career dedicated to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments. Since 1995, Tricia has been at the forefront of SEL as the leader of the Social Emotional Learning Committee, where she has spearheaded impactful initiatives such as the Kindness Café and the Kind Kids Club. Her efforts also include organizing transformative events like Peace Begins With Me Day and overseeing the Peace Blanket Project, which provides support to Cohen Children’s Hospital.

Tricia is a recognized leader in enhancing school discipline through innovative approaches, including the implementation of proactive behavioral systems, restorative practices, and data-driven strategies to ensure fair and effective discipline. Her expertise extends to providing professional development for educators in SEL and the Resolving Conflict Creatively Program (RCCP), where she integrates SEL principles with the Common Core curriculum across grade levels. She also holds a Certificate of Excellence and Completion in a New York State standards-based mentor training program.
Tricia’s academic background is equally impressive, with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Theology and a Master of Science in Education from Fordham University. Anne-Marie Romito is a seasoned Special Education consultant with over 32 years of expertise in developing and implementing effective educational strategies for diverse learners. With a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education (concentration in Health Science) and a Master of Science in Special Education, Anne-Marie is dually certified in Elementary and Special Education. Her extensive academic training and professional credentials have positioned her as a trusted advisor in the field of education.

As a consultant, Anne-Marie specializes in designing tailored solutions to meet the needs of students, educators, and schools. Her expertise includes creating and refining Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), conducting educational evaluations, and presenting findings at the Committee on Special Education (CSE) and Annual Review meetings. She is also skilled in training educators and support staff, providing actionable guidance through hands-on workshops and professional development sessions.

Anne-Marie has developed a variety of classroom behavior management programs, empowering teachers to foster positive and productive learning environments. Her in-depth knowledge of evidence-based reading interventions enables her to recommend and implement programs that significantly improve student outcomes.
